This design + build addition featured:
An infinity pool with an infinity spa and cantilevered supports in lieu of a fourth post to maximize the view
Addition of a 12-foot accordion patio door to blend outdoor and indoor living
A new spiral staircase to allow access from the outdoor spaces up to the second floor billiards room, bar area, bedrooms and bathrooms
A new indoor mini bar area with a bar top made from one pice of reclaimed, antique oak and custom glass separation
